Topic of Research Seminar: i-Talk: Influence of Surface Activation on Perovskite Solar Cells (PSCs)
Abstract: Surface activation techniques aim to improve the surface properties of TiO2 films, leading to better charge transport and reduced recombination losses in PSCs. The seminar will highlight how Surface activation of titanium dioxide (TiO2) thin films plays a crucial role in enhancing the performance of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). TiO2 is commonly used as the electron transport layer (ETL) in PSCs due to its high electron mobility and suitable energy levels.
