Defining the Future of Healthcare in Pakistan.
We are proud to announce a landmark development in Pakistan’s healthcare landscape. NUST hosted a high-level strategic National Conference on Precision Medicine, graced by the Worthy Secretary, Ministry of Science & Technology (MoST) as the Chief Guest.
Distinguished professors, policymakers, and delegates from premier organizations and institutions (including Health Services Academy, National Institute of Health, Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan, Pakistan Science Foundation, Aga Khan University, Quaid e Azam University, Armed Forces Institutes, and many more) across Pakistan convened to chart the future of personalized healthcare.
Key Outcome: Achieving a national consensus, the forum has recommended the immediate formation of a National Taskforce on Precision Medicine Policy & Projects development, with NUST mandated to take the Lead Role under the umbrella of MoST.
This initiative marks a pivotal step toward data-driven healthcare solutions for Pakistan. NUST remains committed to driving national innovation through policy and research excellence.
