Abstract: Dr. Khan holds a PhD in Protein Engineering from the University of Cambridge and he previously worked at GSK in drug discovery. He has a BSc in Chemistry and a MSc in Parasitology. In 2013 Dr. Khan was awarded an Alumni Achievement Award from the University of Salford, in recognition of his work in science and engineering and 2014, he was awarded the Fazlur Rahman Khan award for excellence in engineering/science/technology by Prime Minister David Cameron. In 2024, he was awarded a PIONEER award by ASIANS in TECH for making the most Innovation and Impact in the UK.
