Topic of Research Seminar: Computational aspects of Neural Networks

Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) has gained popularity due to its diverse applications in daily life. One subset of AI, Neural Networks (NNs), is inspired by the human brain. In this seminar, we will focus on the computational aspects of NNs, which involve using vectors to represent data, measuring error using a loss function, optimizing parameters with back-propagation, and understanding the learning mechanism of NNs.
