Abstract: Breast cancer remains one of the most prevalent and challenging malignancies worldwide, necessitating innovative therapeutic strategies. Nanotechnology has emerged as a transformative tool in oncology, offering solutions for targeted drug delivery, improved therapeutic efficacy, and reduced side effects. This presentation delves into the potential of multifunctional nanomaterials conjugated with natural bioactive compounds for breast cancer treatment. These nanomaterials, including metallic nanoparticles, liposomes, and polymeric systems, serve as carriers for natural bioactive molecules such as resveratrol, curcumin, and betulinic acid, known for their potent anticancer properties. Key aspects include the natural bioactive compound’s anticancer mechanism and their conjugation with nanomaterials to enhance stability, biocompatibility, and cellular uptake.
