Topic of Research Seminar: Safety in Autonomous Vehicles

Abstract: German federal parliament have passed a bill amending the relevant laws in order to allow Level 4 autonomous vehicles to operate on the country’s roadways. One emerging method is use of Contract Based Design (CBD) which can be implemented for the verification of such a system’s safety requirements.
