Seminars and Workshops The Fibonacci numbers and its applications

Topic of Research Seminar: The Fibonacci numbers and its applications

Abstract: The Fibonacci sequence is a sequence of numbers in which each term is the sum of previous two terms with first two numbers in the sequence being one or equivalently (0 and 1) depending upon the source. In this presentation, we will discuss about different properties, generalizations, relations and applications of Fibonacci numbers. The Fibonacci numbers are Nature’s numbering system. They are manifested throughout the nature in the forms and designs of many things around us and have also been reproduced in various other areas. Fibonacci numbers appear in biological settings of trees, plants, flowers and animals. We will present a close inspection of Fibonacci numbers and its surprising facts to bring to light different sorts of fascinating patterns and mathematical properties and will show that the applications of Fibonacci numbers are amazing.
